الحكم بالسجن مدى الحياة على قاتل المواطنة المصرية مروة الشربيني
وقتلت مروة التي كانت حاملا في الشهر الثالث في يوليو/ تموز من العام الجاري بعد أن هاجمها المتهم "ألكس في" أثنا جلسة استئناف حكمٍ صدر في حقه بعد إدانته بتهمة توجيه شتائم عنصرية لضحيته.
كما اصيب زوجها بجروح عندما حاول الدفاع عن زوجته.
و ينتمي المتهم الى الاقلية الالمانية التي تنحدر من الأورال في روسيا ويبلغ من العمر 28 عاما.

مش عارف ليه من ساعة الجكم مش سامعين صوت الناس اللي فلقتنا وقت الحادث عن عنصرية الألمان و كرههم للعرب و المسلمين و عن إن القضية هتتظبط و الراجل هياخدله سنة أو سنتين و خلاص و انه الحل الوحيد هو الجهاد و محاربة الغرب الصهيوني الفاسد العلماني الكافر
دي بعض الدروس المستفادة من الغرب الكافر
١- سرعة العدالة.. جريمة القتل تمت في يوليو ٢٠٠٩ يعني من حوالي ٤ شهور.. ماحتاجناش ٢٠ سنة دراسة للقضية زي ما بيحصل عندنا
٢- عدالة الحكم.. تم تطبيق أقصي عقوبة علي المتهم و هي المؤبد (عقوبة الإعدام غير معمول بيها في القانون الألماني) من دون التمييز ما بين مسلم و مسيحي أو عربي و ألماني.. الكل سواسية أمام القانون
٣- عدم الأخذ في الإعتبار بإدعائات الدفاع ان المتهم مختل عقلياً أو عنده انفصام في الشخصية لكي يتم تخفيف الحكم.. طبعاً الكلام ده لو كان عندنا كنا حكمنا علي الراجل بإنه مختل عقلياً من قبل المحكمة أصلاً

I never even heard that he was tried for what he did and is sentenced to life in prison. I'm sure if people know they would talk about it. I think the media is partially responsible for neglecting this issue and rather, focusing on H1N1 and November 14.
To be honest, I, like many others, began to conclude that Germans have a tendency to discriminate, insult, be racist, etc. But then again, we're talking about Germans the people; no first world government would admit to discrimination openly, etc. But then again, I've heard of and seen numerous films/ documentaries that are ONLY anti-Arab, anti-Islamic, that kind of thing. And what they say is in these films is disgusting and degrading. But then again, I guess they're just very "expressive"...
And this is me rambling on...
AND I forgot, these films are sponsored by well-know and credible sources, like Der Spiegel.

First of all, sorry for the late reply but I guess that everyone was pretty busy with the game in the last couple of days.
The fact that you didn't hear of the trial is the proof to the point I am trying to raise which is how our media focuses on playing with people sentiments and spreading pages of newspapers and hours of TV time to talk about her death but when it comes to the sentencing, they found that a tiny story was more than enough. The media showed as usual our double standards by calling the whole western civilization as racist because of one crime, while we hate it when Arabs are portrayed as terrorists because of Usama Ben Laden.
Now to your second point. In my post, I wasn't trying to promote the fact they Germans or Westerners in general are not racist. I do believe that racism is present everywhere. It constitutes a little minority in every country and society. However, sadly that little minority has a very loud voice in our countries compared to the West.
When Marwa was killed, the German society as a whole condemned the incident. I have seen demonstrations of thousands of people (including a lot of non Muslims Germans) calling for the harshest sentence on the murderer. Even, a Jewish German organization were among the first to condemn the murdering and calling for a free trial. Add to that, how fast and how fair the court ruling was.
Let's now see how we reacted to a similar situation when Bahais homes were burned in Egypt. The problem here is again not this minority that did the burning coz as I said this minority is present everywhere. The problem was no one stood and said that what happened was wrong. Everyone was trying to find some excuses for the people who committed that crime. The government did nothing. No trial was held for those who burned Egyptian citizens houses for one and only reason that they have their own religious views. Sadly, good people in our countries are very passive.

أنا موافقك تماماً و رغم إني شخصياً ضد تطبيق عقوبة الإعدام علي أي انسان و لكن بعض الجرائم من كتر بشاعتها بيبقي الواحد حاسس ان حكم المؤبد غور كافي

معلش أنا مختلف معاك في حتة ان القضية سياسية.. في ألمانيا فيه فصل كامل ل٣ سلطات و السلطة القضائية عندها استقلال تام عن السلطة التنفيذية فمفيش مجال لحكم سياسي.. ثم ان القاضي معملش حاجة غير انه طبق القانون.. يعني هو ماداش عقوبة أشد من الطبيعي و لا حاجة و لكن ده ببساطة كان الحكم الطبيعي في القضية دي
